Awais studied architecture in Pakistan and received a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto. Awais joined DJA in 2017 and is a registered architect with the OAA. He has 20 years of project experience across all phases of architectural design. Awais is a senior project manager and is responsible for client management, building design, and construction administration. His project experience includes new stores and renovations for Starbucks, new industrial branches for Wolseley, and retail & commercial developments for various clients. Awais also works independently on smaller projects with his own firm AH+ Architects Inc. in Kitchener.
