This 8,600 m² facility was designed as a central hub for flight training, integrating $65 million in advanced equipment including full-motion and fixed simulators. A clear plan organizes classrooms around a two-storey core, linked by bridges within a double-height corridor illuminated by clerestory windows. The exterior is clad in steel siding detailed in a silver-and-white checkerboard that echoes airfield markings, while polished concrete floors and bold accents animate the interior.
