A 1970s single-tenant commercial building was converted into a 5,000 m² multi-tenant office complex. The redesign introduced a central entry with a canopy and drop-off, a new rear entrance from the main parking lot, and updated systems throughout. New windows and a blue stucco façade with white canopies and dark-framed glazing give the building a stronger identity, while mature landscaping was carefully preserved.
